Progress is a slow process...

Heres Britta and I the day before surgery, on a beach looking up Howe Sound. We got to drive around a few stunning neighborhoods before we found this spot.

Akomplishment: Peddled the stationary bike today (Impressive because my knee is still a little stiff)
